What is am Empty Nester?

The true definition of an Empty Nester is a parent whose children have grown up and left home (some may return). But our definition is a little different. Some of our Empty Nesters are married, some have never been married, some have never had children, and some are widows or widowers.

If you fit into one of these categories you are invited to join other Empty Nesters and discover the many fun activities that we do throughout the year. 

There are no meetings and no minutes to keep or read. Activities are arranged by various members of hte group. Some activities have includedgoing to a ball game, dinner, theater, a trip to an interpretive center, potlucks, a Portland tour, and lunch, just to name a few. 

An annual donation is requested to cover the vost of postage, printing, and supplies. We also support St. Vincent DePaul's annual Christmas Giving and we ask members to make a donation at that time.
